we understand how even small components can cause big problems when they fail. That was the case recently when a Jinma tractor came to us with a heater plug issue that had turned into something more complex.
Initial attempts to replace the failed heater plug had unfortunately caused additional damage — a broken stud extractor and a sheared-off glow plug head left the part seized in place and the cylinder head compromised.
To resolve the issue properly, our engineers removed the cylinder head and carefully machined out the remaining section of the glow plug. While the head was off, we also took the opportunity to re-cut the valve seats, ensuring an optimal seal and restoring full performance to the engine.
Thanks to our team’s attention to detail and precision machining, the Jinma tractor is now back in service — running efficiently and ready for work once again.
At WD Booton, we take pride in tackling challenging repair jobs that others might turn away, delivering long-term reliability for every machine that comes through our doors.
